About Us HaloWear is exclusively dedicated to supplying comfortable clothing to people wearing a halo neck brace in the months following neck surgery. To add to the discomfort and other problems of wearing a halo, none of the patient's clothes fit. HaloWear clothing has openings to deal with the rods and pins. Each garment is stepped into and drawn up to the shoulders where velcro fastenings hold it in place. The halo structure is untouched during dressing and the patients may dress themselves with assistance. HaloWear is in attractive colors, made of polyester cotton, is machine washable and comes in three sizes:
